Contractor driven design and renovation of 3 Department of Labor Job Corps Dormitories including: 9 residential advisor offices, 27 restrooms, 8000 square foot of mold remediation, and extensive refinishing, mechanical as well as electrical upgrades. Construction efforts required to be phased in order to accommodate relocation of residents.
